is it normal? right power valve cover EC300

Some free play is normal.
It can be adjusted out. Do a search on power valve adjustments. By the way. Avoid moving the power valve lever like you're doing. Sometimes the governor balls can become dislodged. |

this guy explained it realy good, you just need to adjust the knob that touches the governor, to remove free play. |
