450 Pamper flywheel 2009 carburetor model

Hi, does anyone know where I can get hold of a new flywheel for my bike.
[The magnets have broken & she won't fire up.
This is 2009 450 4stroke pampera version
2 carburetor model.
I live in NZ & there's nothing available here.
