Default After market brake pedal

Is there any good after-market brake pedal which has a better pivot than the factory original? Mine has really become loose.
Is there any way of improving the pivot, maybe by adding a bearing or spacer?

I don't think there is. I checked hammerhead and they don't have it. (www.hdmoto.com)

Be careful. Mine was a little off and I added a spacer. Some how I ended up on the ground with a broke collarbone... It had to do with how hard I slammed the brake down. I think the bolt would have to much pressure on the outside and move in the mount. Then the brake would move just enough to get caught on the clutch cover bolt. I thought I had fix it right the first time but nope

Timely thread as I snapped the end off mine Sunday when I crashed on a ledge. For now I'll just build the end up and add a non-folding tip.

The brass bushing inside the pedal is a wear item adn easily replaced, as is the pivot.

I believe Go Fasters has them also and a bunch of other sweet Meca items. Just call and ask them because they're not on the web site.

The Trial Enduro Direct brake pedal is the Meca pedal.

Gas Gas also has a new improved brake pedal for the 2010 bikes. I'll bet it will fit the earlier bikes but may still have the same pivot. Again, call Go Fasters for more info.

Default meca

We do have about 50 in stock for dealers and retail alike. One item of caution is it does NOT come with a hole or location to attach the return spring! You must either drill out a hole or use Fastway return spring like we do on most of our race machines. It works pretty good for the costs versus OEM.

I have been behind on the website but we are working on it this week. We're working on the new microfiche more than anything plus working with new vendors. Good things to come. Maybe someday Clarke will call me instead of me calling them.
