2011 Nambotin clamps

This isnt exactly a suspension question but somewhat related.....

does anyone know the difference in the upper and lower triple clamp bushings on the 2011 nambotin? im trying to fine tune my suspension and im running the "zero" bushing and i wasnt sure if maybe i needed to try the other bushing as it seems a little unstable at speed.

If you figure anything out let me know. I'm curious too since the "0" bushing seems to have zero difference when rotating.
