Default IMS tanks and more

Hello Everyone,

Thought I'd finally drop a quick line to let you know we are working on this project and many more. We just recieved an oversize tank from IMS for our fitting and possible refinements (this does NOT mean it is a done deal, or that I have a timeline). I will try to keep you posted. Over the next few months our website will be changing and more product added that we've worked on getting in over the winter. Aftermarket graphics, Meca Systems brake pedals, skid plates, etc. Scorpion radiator guards, skid plates, Scratch product from Spain, canopy's, GG bike stands, clothing of our own plus in 3 months OEM GG clothing from Spain, plus a whole lot more.

We're also working with a new company to get a better microfiche system and an up to date microfiche, this will take many months and money but we are committed to increasing GasGas in the market and feel this is an important step for us to grow without being brought down by unknown technical questions or incorrect parts ordering and processing...other steps are finding a reliable consumer financing company, DOT legal 4-strokes, hard parts catalog...all of which we are working on.

Mark,

Mark,

Thanks for the update! Sounds like a lot of things in the works for 2009+.

Was Clarke still planning to release a new two-stroke tank? Or is the plan just to focus on a single supplier at this point?

Interesting Seems IMS just gives the generic "NO" answer when you ask about the tank for the Gas Gas. Not unusual I guess but the fact that Mark has a tank in hand is GREAT new indeed. I also was in touch with Dale M. the GG importer here and he acknowledged the need for the bigger tank and said he was working on this as well. He was going to make some calls again about it to the vendors.

Mark,

You did not say if that was a tank for the 2 or 4 strokes? Hopefully it's a 2 stroke tank and perhaps you could snap a few pictures of the tank for the forum members???

IMO IMS makes a nicer tank than Clarke so I hope this is for real. Sounds like some good things in store for 09 Thanks for the update.

FYI...
I contacted Chris @ Clarke Manuf. and he said they are not working on the 2-stroke tanks. Like IMS, this could be just the "public" answer. Probably any development items are not being discussed.

Default Ims

I guess we're kind of sharing the responsibilities with both Clarke and IMS.

Clarke currently has un updated 4-stroke tank in black or natural but don't forsee the time to upgrade the 2-stroke (their older version does fit, tightly).

IMS and us are working on the 2-stroke and probably won't pursue the 4-stroke version.
