Default Clutch Pack Conversion - Thrust Washer Swap

I'm looking to swap to a CR clutch pack.

Looking for an OEM (any brand) part number to get the thinner thrust washer to do the conversion. I believe I need a washer 22.1x42x1.5mm. It's far easier for me to get an OEM part than to have the stock washer milled down.

Searched and searched but I can't find a part number. Suzuki part no. 09180-22045 is listed, but it's not certain if this is the correct one. A Kawasaki part is mentioned in some threads, but no part number is given.

If somebody has done the swap with a thinner OEM washer it would be greatly appreciated if you could post up the part number.

Thanks.

i bought the suzu one also.. i parted that bike out, but may still have it.. i will check tonight..

as it says in that thread... i had to mix some gg fibers in mine to make it work right...but...i had a bunch of trouble with this bike on a dyna ring install.. to the point i sent them the entire clutch, so i am not sure that did not machine my clutch also..

once i got it set right, it worked better than it ever did before..

Part of the problem I'm having is that the thread noted above references 2 Suzuki part numbers.

08211-22423 is first said to be the one, but as somebody later noted, it doesn't look like the right one on the parts fiche.

On the fiche, Suzuki part no. 09180-22045 looks like a better fit, but nobody confirms it is the correct one.

Which Suzuki part no. did you guys order?

Thanks.

I saw that.. I have the suz washer still.. I did mine when that thread first started, so I am pretty sure it is the 08211-22423 ..

it is 2mm thick

22.1 X 42
