This was a 1,400 Meter high Mountain climb over Port Moresby .
Not much time to get home .

Awesome photos, all mine are about fishing.
My mate is still there, he must have been there for nearly 40 years by now. David Chambers, he use to run naked along Ela Beach when the monsoon hit.
Another mate of mine is up there next week, walking the Kokoda Trail. I have walked up the infamous "staircase" where the ozzies stopped the japs during WW2.

How did you get the bikes to PNG ?

BTW, you didn't call into the Car Club for coldie, did you ?

Ah Yes , The car club I remember .
My Picture is still over the Bar .lol
I took this Pic. last week .
I raced MotorCross ( Scrambles ) there for 5 years .
Waigani Drive was still called Race Course road .
I was racing a Bultaco Pursand 250cc then .

This was a rather steep climb .
This rider did not make it ' Clean '
He now wears a nice big black bruise on his tush .
A 4 ft boulder can be seen above his head .

Todd, the tall one on the right of me in that photo is on your side of the globe in Brisbane watching it rain today. He's going on a 12 day reef diving tour of the Solomons.

How long will he be in Brisvegas ?
I would love to take him RockClimbing in Brisi. centre .
There is a natural cliff face 20 mtrs high called Kangaroo Point .
It's right across from the Botanical Garden .
Let me know how he is situated .
