Hopefully you should be able to get one if you can get through to a person who actually has them in stock and can get them into your country. Even customs duty on something that low cost won't be excessive. Post back when you get a preferred supplier as I am sure others (including me ) will be interested.

Maybe a stupid question but here it goes: do the 09 450 models have a blue/yellow wire? If so, where can i find it?

Still need to know whose EFI you have for definite? As far as I'm aware the Kokosan doesn't have it. Maybe because they have downloadable maps on the website for them.

I used some fuel system cleaner and the unstable idle when cold has vanished . Dirty injector so i think?
