ohlins rear shock broken!
Hi all, when i removed the bottom shock bolt today to change my linkage bearings part of the shock mount fell off- could've been snapped for a long time. I could weld it up if i could remove the mount from the shock but i can't work out how it comes off, exploded diagram anyone?!
Its an '03 EC300 |

Sorry - I am not clear on what's going on here.. Did you break the clevis on the shock (the forked part at the bottom) or did you break a tab off the frame? Are you looking for an exploded diagram of the shock itself?

The clevis on my '98 GG was broken also.
Les at LTR was able to order one in no time. |

Also, Ohlins USA has a kit to fix a stripped clevis. Its basically a steel insert ito replace the tapped threads.
