Default My motor is sick :(

I noticed increased vibs the last time I rode and I started considering having the crank balanced by Falicon. Since then I've noticed a rattle getting worse. I couldn't pinpoint it so I removed the rad guards, skid plate, ect ect.
The bike starts great, idles well, but upon light throttle, a noticeable rattle comes into play. I've isolated every external rattle source I can find, pipe, motor mounts ect. But I can't find it.
I started reading on the pv, I removed the right site cover and watched the actuator will idling. The pv moves under light throttle, but nothing that would cause this much noise. I'm starting to fear the vibes and noise are from a main bearing. The bike has >100 hrs.
I'm going to remove the cylinder to check the top end.... Any ideas.

The vibes are bad enough to shake the fenders, and even rotate the shock spring.... Unacceptable.

You've picked all the low hanging fruit. If your engine mounts are tight a main bearing is the probable cause.

I had a similar noise, my gut reaction was the big end, but I only replaced that last year, however, I was delighted to find out it was just the engine brace had cracked and the whole engine was rattling in the frame.

My 2010 has the engine mounts loosen up at once point and the bike vibed really badly. In saying that it always used to vibe pretty bad even after that and especially as a 300. After doing my full rebuild, my moneys on the rhs pri main bearing being dry. Stupid choice by gg running sealed main bearings, means once the grease drys up none of the 2T can get in there to lube the bearing.

Default excess vibration

does it have a counterbalance shaft, I twisted mine and it destroyed my motor and frame.

Default engine vibes

Remove the stator cover and see if you can get any up/down movement out of main bearing. Or if any visible blow by

Have you had the clutch apart? I have seen street bike clutch baskets cause problems, the basket come loose on the primary gear

Turns out the motor is fine. It was just vibrating the pipe and one of the welds on the radiator is loose and buzzing. I still want to get this thing balanced soon.
