Brand new 400 - 450 ??? cylinder and piston

Selling piston and cylinder for four stroke , unsure whether its a 400 or 450
Bore seems to be just under 95mm cylinder and piston are A
Cylinder has an 03 stamp and piston has w4103 underneath 02002 19 on top
These are brand new like to get $ 450 plus shipping
