Default Using the Steering Stops

Hi, I ran across a comment regarding "steering lock" and wonder where you guys usually set the steering stop limit on a dirtbike and why?

How do you use the steering stop to your advantage when riding?

I always figured "the more range the better," but that shows my lack of knowledge on the subject!

Steering lock(lack of) bugs me a little, I'll have to fix that. For racing it doesn't matter but its more of an issue in technical trails, especially combined with the extra height.
