Default Shock hitting the pipe 09 EC 300

My friend has a 09 EC 300 with a FMF gnarly pipe and stelth silencer and the schrader valve on the rez is hitting the pipe, we removed the cap and it still hits...I'm pondering the issue and a fix for it...just wondering if anyone else has seen this?
I think a longer upper bracket to hold the pipe down another 1/4" should do the trick.

My 2007 was the same way with the FMF. There were NO issues with the OEM Gas Gas pipe.

I'm pretty sure it's the stelth silencer that's the problem, now on to a fix.

It's not the silencer.
The FMF was hitting on my bike, I switched back to the OEM pipe and all is fine.
Bike runs a lot better with the OEM pipe, by the way.

My '08 EC300 with the Gnarly and the Stealth is fine, my son's '09 EC250 with the Gnarly and the TCII hit the schrader valve. I tweaked the pipe a little and ended up with about an 1/8 inch clearance. Not sure why it was an issue on the '09 and not the '08.

My 05 with an FMF Fatty would tend to squeak on the reservoir. I tide a length of 205 leech line and tightened it against the frame.

Now, if I could only stop the rest of the pipe from resonating to a rattle.

My '07 with OEM pipe is fine. My '03 with Ohlins shock and FMF was close, if it was a Sachs shock with the valve it would be hard contact. Typical FMF.
