Default Scotts stab. settings

a question for the guys who use Scotts steering damper
what settings do you use? how much they change in different conditions? going to install it on the weekends, I do not know where to start when setting up)
would be glad of any information supplementing the information from Scottsonline.com

I found the stock setup was good and only adjusted the large knob. I bottomed it lightly then opened it exactly one turn.

I liked to run mine with no/zero low speed dampning.
I only use the high speed circuit.
This way I get a true fell from the front wheel.
The bars don't rip out of your hands and mess up your wrists with the high speed circuit.

+1, except when riding in sand, then I dial in low speed. I'll also dial it back out on the fly if the terrain changes from sand to tight trail. I increased my high speed sensitivity from 1.5 to 1 turn out.
