2006 EC200 electric start kit ?

Does anyone know if it's possible to use the 2011 electric start kit on an EC200 ? With the shorter stroke (shorter barrel) of the 200, it's difficult to see how the starter motor mounts will line up with the exhaust valve cover mounts. The gasgasmotos.es site claims the kit will work:

However, it also claims the kit will fit the 125, so I'm dubious.

the 200 barrel is the same size if i remember correctly, the difference is made up in the head as the dome protrudes down into the cylinder to make up for the shorter stroke

Having looked at the parts diagrams again, I think you are most likely correct. I'm waiting on confirmation from GG UK as to whether they think it will work.

I'll price up the project and write it up on this thread if I go ahead.
