Welome! Fun to see someond building an electric bike. I woul like to heat more about your conversion.
When it comes to front suspensjon, there are a number of things you could try: Lighter oil (right now I run GRO 2.5 in mine) Less oil (I usually use about 250cc) A lighter PFP spring (I use the lightest one from racetech) And of course a rebuilt shim stack, ideally it should be built for your personal speed, track type and ability.
