Default Clutch rebuild

I was thinking of replacing the rubber things inside the clutch since the clutch has play. I have 3 clutches, which 2 does not have play. However one that has no play has a snapped finger. I was thinking of just taking the rubbers from the snapped one and putting in on the one with play. Buying new one is expensive
Either way. I need the rivets. I was wondering if rivets from for example Yamaha YZ would fit? I am really not in the mood to order rivets from Spain for 5 dollars, and pay 30 dollars in shipping.
Or, my friend goes a thing in high school where they can produce metal stuff. He usually does my spacers and stuff. What material is the rivets made out of? My guess is something special, that way you could actually crush it. If it is regular material like aluminium, he could just make rivets for me in school
