Default Trusty Adjustable Power Valve

Hi folks, i have just bought a GG 250 Stroker 2010 and had it out for first ride, found the suspension very hard on the front also the rear was very springy after some checks found that the spring had been wound way up. i have backed it off to about 16mm of threads showing seems way better now. what are the standard setting for this bike with Sachs allround.
I just bought a Trusty Adjustable Power Valve from ebay but it came with no instructions, does anyone have an instruction sheet they could kindly send me........thanks

Stevie
