Default Ignition curve switch questions

Well, mainly I would like to know what the map switch does in terms of fuel consumption so I was not sure in which section to post my thoughts...

However, on all my Katos I have seen the fuel consumption rise when the engine was in "soft" or "rain" or whatever you want to call the second mode.

So I wonder what have you guys with your 2019 EC's experienced, except that the GG "soft" mode is much more noticeable than on the KTM's.

On my first 2019 I felt the difference but did not run it long enuff to see a possible increase concerning fuel consumption. On my second 2019 I did not install the switch yet.

I will cross post this on TT....

Thanks
Doc
