Reassembled my bike-what part is this???
Please see attachment. I sent my suspension off to LTR. After I put everything back together I noticed I had an extra part. Any ideas people? It makes me a little nervous not knowing. Thanks.

It's a special washer for your rear suspension mount. It's purpose is to hold a foam or rubber seal to protect the joint-style bushing.
Check your upper and lower rear suspension mounts. |

I think its a washer for you fork protectors. there are 3 bolts on the bottom of each protector.

Its not a fork guard washer like I've seen. Bergerhag may be right about the shock bushing washer but the photo is a bit vague. Upper not lower though. Easy to check and replace if neccessary, just take the tank off.

That part looks too small to be for the upper shock mount. What diameter is the hole?

It looks to me like the sleeved washer that works in conjunction with the bolt to secures the gas tank to the frame, if you only have the bolt going through the plastic, you have solved the mystery. It could also be one of the washers for any of the shrouds or side panels. It’s tough to tell the diameter in the pic.
