Great!
But am I missing something here?

"The EC 450 has its own Gas Gas motor, which features fuel-injection and a five-speed transmission with a hydraulic clutch. The fuel-injection system is made by Gas Gas, but if you ever need to replace a nozzle, your local Harley-Davidson dealer will have them."

Is the 2010 450 going backwards?
5 gears?
Gas gas make the EFI?

The 5 speed comment is a misprint, later on they say the six speed is matched perfectly to the motor.

The fuel injector is probably a Bosch, so you can buy one that fits a H-D.

Finally, a decent write up on a Gas Gas.

Can only imagine what the 250F will be like with a 300 kit

Brass inserts in the gas tanks...excellent

I really thought the 250/300 would be lighter than 252lbs with a full tank of gas.

What is the real capacity of the 250F tank? I really don't think it's the same as the 2 stroke tanks.

Yes, the 5-speed tranny was a misprint, they all have 6-speeds.

Another thing that unfornately didnt get mentioned was the fact that the 2-strokes still had 09 forks and settings. The factory tried to get the new sachs front forks here in time via the plane, but it just didn't happen with all the other product they brought with for the weekend.

All in all a good weekend. We flew the press in on Thursday, had an exclusive all day riding at the OMA site and Friday, plus they could race and ride on Saturday if they wanted to. No pressure or time schedules, it worked out really well. We just hung out and talked GasGas all weekend. Who wouldn't want to do that?
