04 plastics on 02 ??

Hi

I have a gas gas 300 (2002) but for some reason it has yellow plastics.

I have a chance at the plastics from a 2004 450 , will they fit? The side panels on mine actually look the same, maybe its to do with my bike having a large capacity enduro tank?

any help appreciated.

not 100% sure.... but i bought some used plastics once off a 450 and the radiator shrouds had an extra bolt hole in them that a 2 stroke did not and they would not fit.. the air box door fit perfect, did not buy any fenders to know..

well i got them, i havnt tried to fit them yet.. but they look exactly the same

hope so.. if i remember.... the 4st shrouds had 2 bolts holes in them.. one at the bottom and on kinda in the middle..
the 2 strk had the plastic tab that pokes in the radiator and one bolt at the bottom.
i never tried to mount them to know for sure..

the bolts that go into the tank line up, but where they fix to the radiaters is slightly out. A cpl cable ties is holding them in for now (they cant be seen)
