2009 200 50hrs on the bike. Parting-it-out due to the motor attempting to commit suicide.

Hmm, good question. I would have removed it five years ago when I installed the Sicass Kit. I'm checking....

Was/Is it a handlebar switch ?

Not much, however there is someone who might have already purchased it-"might" because he got slammed by the hurricane. I bet I'll know either way later today
