Chain guide bracket offset
Back when I got my '12 I immediately swapped the chain guide for the BRP part, using the OEM bracket. All seemed well but I have since noticed excessive master link wear on the outside. The guide is offset approx. 2.5mm too far to the inside. I can machine this from the inside mounting surface to fix the problem. Have any of you measured the OEM bracket compared to the BRP bracket? Thanks.

I have the same issue with the TM designs guide.

I'm going to try to remove some material from the guide itself. The bracket may be weakened by milling the surface due to the counterbores for the bolts.

Using the TMD bracket and guide on mine Glenn. Very much same as you describe.

I'm waiting for BRP to get back to me with dimensions of their bracket so I can compare to the GasGas one.
