still having brake issues

Hi ive been having, what I thought was bleeding issues on my front brake, ive replaced the mater cylinder piston and still nothing so I replaced the master cylinder and put the new piston in. and still nothing.
I found the hose to be damaged and have just replaced that this weekend ive tried to bleed it up and syringe it and bleed it and syringe it and the bloody thing wont hold decant pressure. oh ive replaced the caliper piston seals too.
what im noticing that when I pump the leaver letting the piston come out a bit , there coming out wet. (personally I think they should be dry) wipe them push em in and they come out wet????
so do I need new ones
