Default Cylinder o ring groove depth

Can anyone confirm the depth and width of cylinder o ring grooves? Need accurate measurements as want to use o rings to convert a non o ring engine.
Cheers andy

Personally i would go 1mm deep. They sit proud and stay in which means it's past the half way point of the o-ring
