After approx 5 days with no power - power was back on for a half day towards the end... then we got hit with another windstorm and freezing rain. And lost power again.

It had been a *very* *long* week...

Thanks for the kind words

And sorry to throw all you web junkies into complete withdrawal.

:-)

Jeff!

You seem to have extremes this time of year so I was expecting popping back.

If there has been damage I hope it can be sorted soon.

The trees that fell on my home have been removed and temp repairs made. We had 60 mph wind gusts and a blizzard.

I had gone down the street to help a friend. I had loaned a generator to him. I was walking back up the street when the trees snapped and came down on my house. It was pretty surreal...

The insurance adjuster is coming out on Friday

I had a tree fall on the home in 2017. So I know the drill. I have USAA insurance amd they are very good to deal with

Thanks
Jeff

Thanks for the invitation!

I do need to get my truck camper out of mothballs so that my wife can have a warm and cozy place to sleep when it is 12 degrees outside with no power. ;-)

Things are back to normal now - my insurance adjuster is meeting with me tomorrow...

thanks again,
jeff
