Default question about xtreme and power new cylinder heads

hello!i have a 2009 ec300.if anyone knows please answer me if the new type cylinder heads from s3 have different squish.new i mean that before was one head with 3 or 4 different inserts but now i see only 2 heads extreme and power.do they have different squish between them or the squish is the same but changes only the shape of the dome?
my bdc is flush with the cylinder port so i cannot change the gaskets and i have 2.2mm squish with stock head and i was wondering if i can lower it with a ready cylinder head and not playing with the stock head!thank you in advance!also i would like to ask if i will see any difference with the gpr expansion chamber cap for the side of the power valve.has anyone try it?
