Default exhaust mount 09 250

Just bought an 09 ec 250 with a gnarly pipe on it. It did not have the rubber mount by the expansion chamber. The Gas Gas mount does not fit. Any ideas?

Which mount is missing, front or rear? The fronts were always a force fit with FMF pipes.

front one was missing. no way to force fit the gg mount, i made it fit by using a kx 250 mount and a gg mount combined, but would like to make it right.

Is your pipe bent? FYI, FMF fit sucks out of the crate, the OEM GG pipe is much better. Post a pic.

When I bought the bike it came with a brand new pipe, never used. Starting to think the pipe I got is for a different bike. I guess I will see how I like the pipe when the motor breaks in, only got 14 miles on it. If I like the Gnarly I will look into getting the right one, if not I will research other pipes. If anyone has a good suggestion for a low rpm torque pipe, let me know.

My favorite 250 pipe by far is the OEM GG pipe. Thick construction, good fit, and good power spread. The newer Gnarly is a bit different, more tlike the GG pipe than the old Gnarly torque pipes. For more low end without sacrificing top you can try a larger PV cover, and get the jetting dialed in.

Domas are great pipes, very much like the OEM GG pipe in power, just too thin and damage prone especially in rock country.
