Default Temperature Switch

I have a fan fitted to my radiator that runs of the light circuit, but i need to turn it on and off manually.

I was wondering if there was a temperature switch that i could fit in the radiator hose to automatically turn it on and off, but do not know what it would be called (i have tried some unsuccessful googling, but i was stumped by the lack of electrical terminology) and also need to know what temps it should come on/off at, and are they specific to the hose size?

do not want to drill into the radiator, i think the ktms do this method with their fans, but they have a threaded hole waiting for the switch

thanks

Trail Tech has an inline sensor assembly that may work. You will have to replace the sensor with a switch.

Look for a hose mounted "thermo switch". Most of these switches are threaded to screw into radiators.

my 02 txt200 pro had one in the rad hose.. it was very expensive tho..
just turned a fan on and off.. i think a few years newer, they moved them to the rad as a screw in.
