Depends on what you like to ride. If you're riding nothing but smoothy and flowy trail, 6mm. If you plan some log hopping, and possible really rocky terrain, the big 8mm!

Probably the 8mm, I live about 60+miles from the Tennessee Knockout in Sequatchie, tight wooded single track some rocks more or less.

Default Convert to Handlebar Choke

Need a little help, do I disassemble the std choke, then slide the plastic screw and rubber seal around the cable and screw it back into the carb or do I need another plastic part?

why do you want to go that way??? the cable clutch in 99% of GG installations starts playing up and you spend ages trying to work out why your jetting is suddenly off - stick with the plunger choke. (only situation i would go cable is if you do really long sections of WFO riding and want to be able to add a bit more lube to the engine, but you can do that by just holding the kill switch and open the throttle every now and again)

I agree with swazi.
Those cable cause more problems than it's worth.

I can't help with that. Mine came with a Lectron so never dealt with the cable type choke.
