Default jetting info / new member

Hello new member and GG owner here. just bought a fairly low hour 2017 ec300 e-start from geoff aaron. need to go ride it first but was checking the jetting database and my question is what year bikes can I cross reference to the 2017 ec300 for jetting? I race District 37 desert and some grand prix. I'm in southern California and ride sea level to about 3500 ft in the high desert. about 50 degrees to 85. any recommendations? Any other info pertaining to the 2017 model would be greatly appreciated (suspension settings, powervalve settings etc) Also any chance at getting this Calif. street plated? i haven't got the MSO from geoff yet but wondering if it says off highway only. Thanks
