2007 to 2011 frame question

I have a 2007 GASGAS 300EC and have the opportunity to buy a 2011 frame. Is it worth the effort, is the handle and ride improved? I found one here in Canada so I am interested in doing the update if it will improve the bike.

I believe 07 thru 09 were the same frame. I went from a 09 to 11 frame because I had title issues with the 09 frame - State wouldn't accept the MSO 2nd hand. The only real difference is I have a red frame now instead of black. haha. Geometry is all the same and everything bolts up the same so you wont notice any difference IMO

Really I thought they did a frame change in 2011 but I am not sure. Reading it might only be the B frame (Black)one. The one I can get is red.

The 10 and 11 models use an updated frame. The upper rails are B shaped. What influence this has on the performance I don't know. I can't imagine it would be significant though.

My 09 and 10' had a slightly different feel, 10' was a little more nimble

Great thanks, if there is no change in handling I guess no point in making work for myself. I thought their was a frame change so was hoping it would make a sweet bike even more sweet. I seen a few guys made the frame change to the 2011 bike and was hoping they would chime in. Anyway thanks for the feed back.
