Spooge spouts (Devap.)

Almost ready to break in my new top end.
I've got 2 power valve spouts to screw in and I just noticed they're not the same. One has a large inside diameter and the other is more like a carb. jet with a very small i.d..
Which one goes on the bottom left or which one goes on the upper right ?
I'm thinking large one on the left for better draining ?

Also, I forgot to order an exhaust spigot gasket. I'm thinking I can run to an auto parts store and buy a sheet to cut one from ? Or...can I get away with the Permatex Ultra Copper High Temp Gasket Maker all by itself ?

I guessed wrong. A buddy looked at his. The pinhole one goes on the left.
Must be to maintain pressure in there ?

Large one on the upper right because its also the trans vent (through the PV pull rod passage).

Use whats left of the old gasket with the high temp silicone.

I drill all these nipples out to 1/8". I also enlarge the vent hole through the case to 1/8", coming from the ignition.
