Default Pipe differences between years, -07/08-

Looking at purchasing a DEP pipe for my 07 EC300.

I see they have listings for the 07 and under, then 08 and up.
Is there much difference between them or would the 08-11 work on the 07?

I have a 06 FMF pipe and silencer on my 07 EC300 and it is NOT direct bolt on. The front rubber mount on the pipe is about 25mm too far forward to line up with the mount tab on the frame and I had to heat and put a dogleg in the silencer to get it to clear the plastic.

I think that DEP is off by a year on their fitment.
