Good results for EC250/300 in Master Enduro test

Both bikes won their classes (E2 2T, E3 2T) and were easily in top 6 among KTM and Beta 4 strokes. Despite a very soft Marzocchi fork (good I kept my Ohlins ...), which didn't help in the fast part of the lap, even the MX timing was very competitive. A proof that the engines (and frames) are great.

Great, I'm glad to see that they beat the KTM 2T models.

Has anyone seen where the masterbike test is posted? The usual website with all the tests in not valid this year. I always enjoy reading this test, and I usually get a good laugh out of the translation to English.

Or how about posting the class results for us? I presume there are 6 groups, that are then combined into 3 groups, and finally an overall winner?

stupidity with the test was (finnish bike magazine) that specs was very wrong on allmost everyone bike.

-in the finals every one of the bikes has same hp figure
(36,5 hp/ 11 280 rpm)

-ktm 250exc 2 stroke (101,7 kg) was over 5 kg lighter than 300cc model (107 kg) ?

ktm 300exc 2 stroke had peak horsepower at some 8970rpm ? sounds very high.


ps. in to the finals was ktm 125 exc ,ktm 400 exc and beta RR 525 .
