Front Disc Rotor EC250 2005 cross over

I did a search but didn't find the answer for this.

Is there a front rotor that I can buy that comes from another make/model eg CR250R?

Any help would be great.

Its the same across the years. Few different brands available too if you have a search around. No more expensive than any other model.
