Default is this an 01 ec200?

??

i thought the split airbox came in 02 not 01???

the reason i'm asking is i want to update the plastics - suggestions as to which way to go? i can use up to 06 plastics right? what's the least expensive way to make this one look modern - i would assume just getting new rad/tank shrouds would pretty much do it. and maybe sidecovers.. or should i just go back to stock 01 and get graphics/seat cover which are cheap right now on ebay/gofaster.. suggestions??

Yes I think so, I had a 2001 EC300 with the same plastics.
See my pictures in the menbers gallery.

Definitely a 2000, not a 2001.

Likely a '00 XC, not EC, as it has WP forks and the 2K-2 ignition. In '00, the ECs were fewer in number to the XCs. I guess they swapped to the side access airbox.
