Looks likes gofasters was helping out the gasgas factory team at the World Enduro Round... Very cool...
Check out the photos on the gofasters website at www.gofasters.com Click on photo gallery. I saw some guys walking on some boulders along the water - big boulders - and I thought to myself - why does he have those photos in there. Then I realized they were walking the course! Yikes!!! I would have loved to have been there to see that! jeff |

Thanks for the link. The boulders in the Canadian WEC were definitely more "trials-style". It seems many of the enduro special tests are more extreme now. I also like seeing the photos of the WEC bikes. Couple bikes had the stock chain guide with an add-on piece... interesting.

Thanks for the link.
Lots of neat tricks on those bikes. >Safety pin on rear caliper slide pinn. >Axle adjuster retainers. >Adjustable power valve. Wonder why they have a "hook" on the rear of the skid plate? |

These axle adjuster retainers are an innovative idea. It looks like a simple torsion spring with mounting small holes in the top and bottom swingarm webs.
I'm referring to this page: http://berkyboy.smugmug.com/gallery/1667364/2/81686622 I didn't see which skid plate "hook" that you were referring to. There was one photo of a stamping with a curled edge but that was the bike stand. See here: http://berkyboy.smugmug.com/gallery/1667364/1/81684450 Here is different view: http://berkyboy.smugmug.com/gallery/1667364/2/81685889

Great info in those shots! I never thought of using zip-ties to keep the radiator grommets in place. Thats a nice tip. I just noticed the other day I was missing one again.
![]() I could not figure out what the large rubber spacer was about on the picture of the top of the gas tank. A larger tank? Wow I hope Gas Gas doesn't plan on producing black swing arms like in the photos. ![]() Anyhow, thanks for posting these photos. Roscoe |

In this picture they appear to have cut a circle in the frame guard to get at the swing arm bolt. Anyone know how the did it?? I assume one reason other to pull the bolt is for aligning the rear axle. |

They use a step out bit, the same one that an electrician uses to make various size holes for electrical conduits.
It basically looks like a small top with various steps or widths. The smallest width is probably a 1/2 inch and it steps out at roughly 1/4 inch increments. They carefully center it over the bolt they want to expose and keep drilling until the diameter is the size they need. Of course they have to hold the frame guard away from the frame as they drill.
