The bike runs flawless all the way until you get into the overrev then it starts to breakup.

I have found you need to lean the main with the NEDW needle even with the stock pipe to get some over rev. I've been between 165 and 172 depending on temperature at 500 ft.

OK so I have figured this out. It is a bit embarrassing but I will come clean anyway. My air filter was wet!! I raced Sunday and the bike didn't get too dirty so I left the air filter in and washed the bike at home with the garden hose. I guess I sprayed enough water around the openings that it got the filter damp. So when I would go WOT it would draw hard enough to pull some moisture out of the filter. Put a dry filter in went back to 175m NEDW#2 and 42p. Runs like a scalded dog. It pulls so hard now that I may actually give the 300 punkins a fight on the start. Look for a full review and race report of the pipe after my race Sunday.

Good on ya for owning up to that ... and a great reminder to everyone here to jet with a fresh (and dry) filter
