First off I just wanted to say this is an awesome forum! Really glad I found it! I figured I would post a few pics of my gasser. I've had a bunch of different bikes/quads but this thing tops all of them! It was originally a factory race bike but has changed hands a few times since then. Nice ride.....if I'm not mistaken that would be an SE300. Those were special order bikes off a spec sheet back in the day. Send Jim Cook a message, he'd be able to tell you more. You can also do a search on the "SE" model and find out what other trickery it might have.

There was a Birkland riding A Grade about 15 year ago from Illinois.
Think he owned or had something to do with Honda dealership but rode Husky???

I looked him up when I bought the bike. Kinda curious who he was. Turns out he's from around the peoria, IL. area, basically about an hour from where I bought the bike. His cover photo on FB is him on a brand new Gasser. Found some youtube videos he posted of him racing some hare scrambles. I messaged him to see if he could tell me more about the bike but he never got back to me. Anyway, from what I can tell he looks to be very much still involved.
