Default dogbone bearings shocking prices from gasgas uk so couple questions

hi all got my frame and swingarm back from powdercoat, rang gasgas uk for 2 bearings and 2 oil seals for where the dog bones connect to the swing arm,to be quoted a supidly high price of over 40 pounds for 2 bearings and 2 seals,i have managed to find a supplier for the bearings with the same code for 2 pounds odd each but no oil seals. they do however sell o rings in the same size could i use these instead of the original type seals thanks Adam.

Off Road Only in Wales do a linkage bearing kit for about ?50 which has all the bearings (maybe 8 or 9 of them), pins and proper oil seals, which I think work better than the 'o'ring seals.

Might be worth a try.

hi forgot about off road only thanks for that,i have already replaced the linkage bearings,so only needed the 2 for the bottom of the swingarm as i had to remove them before powdercoating,i'll try off road only for the correct seals as i brought the bearings today.

IMO, the orings are better as they provide a tighter seal. I go a full season now without a linkage service, and its fine when I do tear it down. Buy them in bulk cheap and your set for a long time.
