The cap rubber looks OK. The piston seal is what the lever adjuster presses down. You need a decent set of circlip pliers to get down there.
I'd try take off the slave cylinder replace the oring seals you already have and bleed it. You could try pushing the slave piston to push fluid back up the system. Will take a few goes.
