Gomez at 2023 Romaniacs

Gomez takes 3rd in the prologue at Romaniacs this year. It seems that he does well in the qualifiers/prologue but does not place well in the hard enduro race itself. Age? Endurance?

I read somewhere that Gomez was working with Rieju to develop a new motor for them. It is due for an overhaul, and this is where the weight savings could be achieved.

I thought I heard something about a rumor of new motor development for Rieju a couple months back...I also recently read that Jotagas filed for bankruptcy in March. I was wondering if Rieju is looking to maybe pick up where that motor left off (and give them a trials bike)...I would like to see a picture of Gomez's motorcycle (motor)!
