How many times a day can you check to see if a 'broken' website is back up and working again.....

About 100 in my case. I was snowed in (not really but we have about 12" after yesterdays storm) and was bored out of my mind yesterday so I kept checking to see if it was up yet LOL.

Over the years, i have noticed that the odds of your database or web crashing are directly related to how many people use the site and how far out of town you are. Thanks Jeff!

No problem.

The UPS for the webserver died a couple of months back - time to replace it... I think the database corruption happened during a power glitch - had a windstorm a few nights back...

UPS = uninterruptable power supply (battery backup).
