How could you get a new linkage if the dealer isn't stocking bikes ???

Sounds like you had a brilliant dealer who would do anything for his customers but wasn't willing to compromise. Reading all this makes them sound like they were the bull in the path and not willing to budge on things because he had ''a(n) agreement in place that had been fine for 13 years''.

Somehow it doesn't sound like the distributor is at fault, because they wouldn't cater especially for one dealer who wanted it a different way.

I'm sorry if that seems incorrect or offensive, but read what has been posted in an impartial way and come to your own decision. I'm from the other side of the planet, don't know how I could be more impartial.
