Default High bar question

Just picked up an 09 ec 300. I am now starting to set it up for my size and weight. My question has to do with the height of the handlebars.

I'm 6'5" tall so with the factory bars I feel very slouchy, not to mention my legs can't straighten past 45*. On my previous KTM I was running cr high bend with enduro engineering riser set (+25mm I think) and still not feeling comfortable. Is there a point of diminishing return with high bars? Any other tall guys out there with recommendations?
