Default front rotor interchange

So I know the rear sprocket on late model 300s are interchangeable with Italian huskies. What about the front rotor?

Specifically I am looking for a rotor with a hole for a speedo magnet. My OEM doesn't have the hole and the OEM adapter is on backorder for an undetermined period of time
