Swingarm Bearing & Seal Kit Question
Hi all
I've just bought a bearing and seal kit for my EC300 swinging arm pivot. The kit includes: 4x seals - OK 4x bearings - OK 4x Sleeves - But my swinging arm only has 2 sleeves in it. So what are the other 2 sleeves for? See attached photo of kit. Thanks, Dave. Last edited by Davehuge; 05-29-2017 at 03:41 PM. |

The sleeves look like they're different lengths.
Just use the appropriate ones for you bike. You only need two for the swingarm pivot |

Bearings and seals are the same for all years but the swingarm pivot bolt diameter changed to a larger size in 2004 or 2005 so only one pair of the spacers in your kit will fit and be used.

The 2 spare sleeves actually came in very handy!
I used them for pressing the new bearings into the swinging arm, worked a treat. All the best, Dave. |
