That'll buff out.

I can hear that motor screaming now, somehow defying all logic now that the throttle cable is 50 yards north of the motor and screaming at 14000 rpm, smoke bellowing out of the pipe...the rider, after collecting his thoughts, walking over to the handlebars and pressing the kill switch...but oh, yes, the engine is no longer connected to the kill switch...hmm... how do I shut this thing off? Ahh, yes, turn the fuel off and rip the spark plug wire off, that's it.

"What happened? All I remember is whacking the throttle?"

"Sir, I'm gonna need you to hold still and sit down while we fit this neck brace, mmmkay?"

Note to self. When the engine starts rattling shut it off instead of opening up the throttle.

Yeah...this showed up on my FB wall too. Obviously a hydro-lock. I saw a JS 550 Jet Ski do this back in the day. Not pretty.

Where is all of the coolant that should be everywhere?
Maybe someone didn't fill the rads after a coolant change?
That would certainly explain a few things.

Judging by his post I would guess that he probably broke a piston and a piece got transferred to the top of the piston.

That picture has been floating around for a couple of years. I saw the same thing happen to a brand new Husqvarna 125 a few years ago. I believe the owner of that bike frequents this site.

That looks just like the husky pic I seen somewhere else.

The other thing that looks odd is the gear shift lever. Looks like it went on it side on rocks or something. I wonder if a rock sticking up could take out a cylinder like that.
